Hi there, I’m Zahra :-)

The founder of Joyful Wanderer Wellness. I created this space from a simple belief that healing and clarity often begin in quiet moments and in nature. My work explores the connection between psychology, mindfulness, and the restorative power of the natural world.

Through guided meditations, sound bath experiences, forest bathing walks, and gentle yin yoga practices, I invite people to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves.

I’m inspired by environmental psychology and the idea that nature helps the mind settle, the body soften, and the heart open again. Each meditation or retreat is designed to feel grounding, simple, and quietly restorative.

Joyful Wanderer Wellness is an invitation to wander gently, to find stillness, and to rediscover joy in the small moments along the path.
